Elora grew up in the French Alps, which shaped her interest in the environment surrounding her, and her love for art and colours.

She is currently based in Scotland working remotely as an Environment Artist for video games, allowing her to combine her passions for art and travelling.

Influenced by Ghibli films, Ukiyo-e, Impressionism and colour therapy, Elora likes to create illustrations inspired by Japanese woodblock prints with a modern twist and a soothing colour palette. This experimental approach portrays the Far East with pastel colours and imbues the region with serenity. Elora constructs whole pastel worlds and ethereal universes through the mediums of photography, painting, illustration and even 3D.

Similar to the true meaning behind Ukiyo-e, Elora tries to convey images of floating, dreamlike worlds, which bring nostalgia and serenity to their audiences.
